Sound familiar?
The rota is a photo.
A screenshot in your camera roll, or a picture in the group chat — and a new one every time it changes.
Your hours are guesswork.
Adding up the week on a calculator to check your payslip, and never quite sure about the nights.
The extras live in your head.
Overtime, a swapped shift, a second job — none of it is on your employer’s rota.
Clock Shift puts every shift in one calendar that’s yours. Counted properly, and there every time you open it.
Getting started
Three steps. Then it just works.
01
Add your shift types
Early, Late, Night, a site code, overtime — whatever you call them, in the colours you choose.
02
Set your pattern
Pick the shape you work and say where today falls in it. It fills a year ahead and keeps going.
03
Open Today
On now, next up, hours this week. The answer is on the screen before you have finished asking.
Every job, one record
Your main job, overtime and extra shifts. All in one place.
Your employer’s app only knows their rota. Clock Shift holds all of it, and adds up the week you actually worked.

Your codes
Mark the site or the job — RV, OT, CAF. Colour does the rest.
Retired, never lost
Leave a job and its shift types are archived. Every shift you worked keeps its name.
Yours to keep
It is your account, not your employer’s. It does not end with your contract.

Patterns
Put your cycle in once. It keeps going.
Pick the shape you work, say which day of it today is, and see what it adds before it adds anything.
2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
Every 8 days · on your calendar from Wed, 4 Nov 2026 · ongoing
Which day of the cycle is today?
Adds 182 shifts to your calendar, from 4 Nov 2026 to a year ahead. It keeps itself going after that.
Any cycle
Four on four off, days then nights, a fixed week — whatever you work.
Preview first
Nothing is saved until you have seen it and said yes.
Your changes stick
Swap a day by hand and the pattern leaves it alone from then on.
Nights, counted properly
Eleven hours when the clocks go forward. Thirteen when they go back.
A night is one shift, not two halves either side of midnight. On the two nights a year the clocks change, Clock Shift counts what you actually worked — check it against your payslip.

Private by design
Your working life isn’t for sale.
A rota says when you’re home, when you’re away and when you were off sick. Clock Shift keeps it for you and no one else.
No adverts
Not one, anywhere. Clock Shift is funded by its subscription, not by selling space.
No tracking
No analytics, no pixels, no third-party scripts — here or in the app.
Never sold
Your shifts are never handed to advertisers, brokers or anyone else. Payments go through Stripe, which never sees them.

FAQ
The questions worth asking.
I already have my employer’s rota app. Why do I need this?
Your employer’s app shows your employer’s rota, for as long as you work there. Clock Shift is yours: your main job, overtime and any second job in one calendar, set up the way you think about your week. When you change jobs, it comes with you.
Why pay when there are free apps?
Free apps still have to be paid for, usually through adverts or by selling what they learn about you. Clock Shift is funded by a single subscription — £3.99 a month after a free 7-day trial — so there are no adverts, no tracking and nothing to sell. You are the customer, not the product.
What does it cost?
Free for 7 days with no card, then £3.99 a month, VAT included. One plan, with everything in it — including what is coming next.
What do you do with my data?
Only what it needs to run your calendar: your name and email address, your shifts, patterns and shift types, and the minimum required to keep your account secure. It is stored on servers we run in the UK and used for one thing — showing your calendar back to you. Payments are handled by Stripe, which sees your email address and card, never your shifts. Nothing is ever sold or used for advertising, and there are no analytics on this site or in the app.
How do I start my free trial?
Press Start free trial: it takes a name, an email address and a password — no card. Your 7 days start when you confirm your email. While Clock Shift is invite-only, that page lets you ask for an invite instead, or email [email protected].
Your rota. Finally yours.
No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Just your shifts, counted right.
