Month, week and list
The three views, moving between periods, and the figures above the calendar.
Switching views
Tap Month, Week or List above the calendar. On a phone the list is the default; on a wider screen the month is.
| View | Best for |

| Month | The shape of the month. Each day shows its shift as a coloured block with the code; on a wide screen, times and paid hours too. A “+N” means more than one shift that day. A column on the right totals each week. |
| Week | Seven tall columns with the code, times and paid hours of every shift. Empty days show “+”. |
| List | Every day as a row. In the current month it starts at today — tap “Show the earlier N days” to see the rest. |
Moving between months and weeks
- The ‹ and › arrows step a month in the month and list views, and a week in the week view.
- Today (or This week in the week view) jumps back to now.
- In the week view, the title is the date range — for example 21–27 Sep 2026.
The figures above the calendar
Five figures describe whatever is on screen — the month, or the week in the week view: shifts, paid hours, days worked, days off and your longest run of working days.
Good to know
A day whose only entry is a type that does not count as hours — Off, leave, sick — counts as neither a day worked nor a day off.
The panel beside the calendar
When no day is open, a panel shows what is on now or next, this week’s hours, and a key to your shift types. It sits beside the calendar on a computer and below it on a phone.
Reading the codes
Every shift shows its type’s code as text, not just its colour, so the calendar still reads for anyone who finds colours hard to tell apart. A shift with no type shows a dot.
