Messages and what they mean

Every message the app can show, and what to do about it.

You seeWhat it means
That email and password do not match.Either could be wrong. Try again, or reset your password.
Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again.Sign-in is paused for up to 15 minutes.
That link no longer worksThe reset link expired (after an hour), was used, or was replaced by a newer one. Ask for a new one.
Use at least 15 characters.Passwords must be 15 characters or more.
That password has appeared in a known data breach.Choose a different password.
The unpaid break has to be shorter than the shift.Reduce the break.
The clocks change that night and the hour you have entered does not exist.Pick a time before 01:00 or from 02:00.
Your session has expired. Sign in and try again.You were signed out — after 30 days unused, 90 days in all, or a password reset elsewhere.
You already have a type called …Two live shift types cannot share a name.
That shift could not be brought back.Undo only works once. Add the shift again.
A cycle is between 1 and 84 days.Pick a cycle length in that range.
That is before the rota starts (…).The last day of a rota has to be on or after the day it went on your calendar.
Put at least one shift on the cycle — a pattern of rest days puts nothing on your calendar.Tap a shift, then tap the days it goes on.
Pick a start date within a year of today.On your calendar from can be up to a year before or after today.
Something still uses this type, so it was kept. It stays archived.A shift or a pattern started using it after the page loaded. Nothing was deleted.
That is not your current password.On your account page, the Current password box has to match the password you sign in with.
Type your email address exactly as shown to confirm.A delete needs your email typed in full. Capitals do not matter.
Your pattern has already put a shift back on that day, so there is nothing to undo.The day already has its pattern shift back. Nothing to do.
